The trust of ones substance by pledge or oath denotes some mutual faith or trust in the Patronus and a corresponding subjection to the corporate State. A corporation
is a fiction. It has no life of its own. It is entirely dependent upon the life of its corpus. The corpus is the flesh and bone, the life and breath of those who become its members.
Incorporation... the formation of a legal or political body... In civil law. The union of one domain [or dominion] to another. 2
In the City State one of the most common things of value to be deposited for the benefit of the Legal State, as a legally bound unit or body, was the individual
corpus of the people themselves, the subject citizenry. This was established or constructed by contracts and other acts of allegiance. Also land and even the gold and silver in the individual family
treasuries which were normally managed by the first born as the "priest" of the family.
Exodus 32:3 And all the people brake off the golden earrings which [were] in their ears, and brought [them] unto Aaron.
In a City State there was a great loss of personal freedom and wealth. There was always corruption and bureaucratic waste. Yet, the creation of City
States created a need to belong to a City State for protection. Like the gangs of the inner city today, the youth often feel compelled to join one gang in order to find some protection from other
gangs.
The City State
The first City State we find in biblical text is Enoch which was established by Cain.
Genesis 4:17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of
his son, Enoch.
Cain was told to become a wanderer after the ultimate oppression of his brothers life but again he sinned against the will of the Creator and established a civil
power that bound men to his will and control offering them a social state of security and securing his own position of power and authority. He became the Father of the state and the forefather of the
people in it.
Genesis 4:12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the
earth.
Another branch of the family continued its presence on earth. From Seth to Noah they remained according to God's plan and did not enter the family of the City State
remaining righteous in their generations. They did not enter into a social contract walking with men but abided in a State of Nature under God.
Genesis 6:9 These [are] the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man [and] perfect in his generations, [and] Noah walked with God.
The sons of Noah did create many City States and their civil power reduced men to subject possessions held in trust. The leaders of the Civil power held their
office as trustees and benefactor of their corporate kingdoms. These offices and positions of exercising authority metamorphosed and the Law of Patronus, the Father, became the despotic centers of
civil tyranny and terror.
Even the word in Hebrew for city ` iyr [rye] actually means "excitement, anguish, of terror." The City State was guarded and
offered some protection but often became a threat to those around it as the people in it became lazy and apathetic as well as greedy and envious. The people sought to possess the
benefits of the City State and the City States possessed the people or at least a portion of their service in return. The people became the laboring assets of the City State and debt from taxes could
enslave them as a bondservant of the state on civic improvement projects. In more modern times this statutory labor was called a corvee which was nothing
more than the voluntary enslavement or employment of the people at large.
When the burden and demand of the political contribution brought a threat of rebellion the City State often reached out to take from its neighbor what
it could no longer safely extract from the blood and flesh of its own members.
